Clearing the IE web cache once should resolve this issue permanently.

Beware Fake E-mails Asking for Your Caltech Username & Password
Many campus users are receiving e-mails claiming to come from Caltech that ask them to provide their usernames and passwords.  Please be aware that this is a form of security attack known as “phishing” designed to fool users into giving their usernames and passwords to unknown persons.  Please do not reply to these e-mails.

IMSS recommends against providing usernames and passwords by e-mail, and IMSS will never ask users for their passwords by e-mail or phone.  If you receive any confusing or worrisome e-mails about any of your Caltech accounts, we strongly recommend you take the cautious approach by contacting the IMSS Help Desk at x3500 or help@caltech.edu or your local system administrator.

Caltech Guest Wireless Network Delay for Firefox 3.0 Users
IMSS recommends disabling the Online Certificate Status Protocol feature for Firefox 3.0 users who are trying to use the Caltech Guest wireless network.  This feature, enabled by default, causes delays when attempting to access the Guest network.  See here for additional information and instructions on how to disable this feature.

 New Webmail System Now Available
IMSS is pleased to announce that a new webmail system is now available.  You will  now see a noticeably improved Webmail interface that is quicker and easier to use. This new Webmail system can be reached at http://webmail.caltech.edu.

The old webmail server at http://webmail.its.caltech.edu will continue to be up for one month to allow people to have time to smoothly transition to the new servers.
