Henge (Oracle Calendar) Transition
Henge, Caltech's Oracle Calendar system, is being retired at the end of calendar year 2009. Before the system is retired, current Henge users will be transitioned to the IMSS Exchange calendar system. Please click 'Read More' for more information.

Henge, Caltech's Oracle Calendar system, is being retired at the end of calendar year 2009. Before the system is retired, current Henge users will be transitioned to the IMSS Exchange calendar system. Calendaring will remain a free campus service.
By consolidating all calendar users into one system, Caltech will save time and money and the campus community will be able to share calendar information more freely. The transition to Exchange will also enable us to keep pace with current technology without the risk of losing vendor support. Unlike Henge, Exchange natively supports Blackberries, iPhones, Treos and other smartphones.
IMSS will soon contact Henge users and groups to plan and schedule their migration to Exchange. We are committed to helping you move to Exchange with the least amount of workflow disruption, so we can help you setup your Exchange access and transfer your calendar data from Henge.
